So, Where's The Best Pad Thai in Chiang Mai?
My personal favorite when eating Pad Thai in Chiang Mai is the food stall at the Night Bazaar food marked behind McDonald's. It's always fresh, the seating area is nice and there are lots of other food stalls to try. If you want to go local try Pad Thai Tha Pae - that's the favorite of most Thai I met. However, be prepared for a rather unusual taste experience as their Pad Thai is much sweeter than usual.
